Our Policies

  • Check-in

    Your room will be ready by 3 pm or earlier, and you can arrive at the Inn as early as noon to drop bags, get keys, park your car and go about your day. Please provide us with your estimated arrival time when you make a reservation.

  • Check-out

    Our Check-out time is 11 am. You are welcome to leave your car parked at the Inn for as long as you would like on check out day.

  • Room Occupancy

    We ask that there be no more than 4 people per room (3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children).
  • Groups

    We can accommodate group bookings up to 12 people.
  • Seasons

    We are open year-round and have a busy high season (July-September) online reservations are highly recommended.
  • Rates

    Rates are based on double occupancy ($25.00 for each additional guest) and include; free parking, free Wi-Fi, free Satellite TV and free breakfast (for 2 guests) at nearby Sou'Wester restaurant (breakfast is served until 11:00 am).
  • Deposit

    We require a deposit of $25.00 per room, payable on our secure website through Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. We can also accept an Interac e-Transfer (please email us for details). The deposit will be deducted from your final bill upon check-out.

  • Cancellations

    Cancelling your reservation will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

  • Children

    Our Inn is family-friendly, we welcome children of all ages.
  • Smoking

    Smoking is not permitted inside the Inn.
  • Pets

    Well behaved pets are welcome but they cannot be left in rooms unattended or disturb other guests.
  • Taxes/Fees

    The tax rate (HST) for a stay in Nova Scotia is 15%. There are no additional charges.
